Shoptrader
Installation
Before starting the integration in the Boekuwzending platform you need an API key which you can retrieve from your Shoptrader Backoffice.
Retrieving the API key
- Login to your Shoptrader backoffice
- Navigate to
Configuration
->Api
- Create a new token with the name
Boekuwzending
- Give the key
read
andwrite
access.
Starting the integration
Now that you have an API key, navigate to the Boekuwzending platform and start the Shoptrader integration. Insert your Shoptrader shop URL
into the
shopUrl
field and the API key you retrieved earlier in the apiKey
field.
Send tracking information back to your shop (optional)
To send tracking information back to your shop after a label is created you need to enter a statusId
in the installation form.
This ID can be found in your Shoptrader environment when following these steps:
- In the side navigation select `Order statuses'
- Edit the status you want to set the order to when tracking information is available
- In your URL (
?page=OrderStatusManager&statusId=3
) you will see thestatusId
(in this example '3'). - Enter the ID (example 3) in the
statusId
field
Save the settings and you're all set!
Where are my orders?
The integrations checks for new orders every 15 minutes so there may be a small delay from when the order is placed till we synchronize the order to the Boekuwzending platform.
