Mijnwebwinkel.nl

Currently you cannot create an API token for Boekuwzending.com yourself, contact us at api@boekuwzending.com to let Mijnwebwinkel.nl create a token for you.

Creating the integration

In this document we expect you to already have an active Mijnwebwinkel.nl account, and in there you have an API key for Boekuwzending.com. You can find your tokens under https://www.mijnwebwinkel.nl/beheer/token/, navigate there:
  • Old menu: "Instellingen" --> "API"
  • New menu: "Instellingen" --> "Add-ons & Modules" --> "API"

To start the integration please visit the integrations page from your account dropdown menu and click on the Integratie starten button next to the Mijnwebwinkel.nl integration.

Here you'll find three required input fields:

  • Shop-URL: {your-shop-name}.myonline.store.
  • API-Token: the API token from your Mijnwebwinkel.nl account.
  • Default from address: which "from" address you want to use for creating shipments from imported orders.

When you have entered all required inputs, you can click Koppelen. When any information is incorrect or missing, the reason will be shown. If everything's correct, you'll be taken to the installation completion page.

Importing orders

Notice
  • For orders that are marked as shipped this way, Mijnwebwinkel.nl will not send an email to your customer.
  • Mijnwebwinkel "test orders" (recognized by the T- suffix in the order number) can not be imported.
Warning
  • When you create a label on our staging environment, the order will be marked as shipped on your linked Mijnwebwinkel.nl production environment.
  • Labels generated on our staging environment can not be used with distrubutors.
Shipments can be created based on the open orders retrieved from Mijnwebwinkel.nl. Every few minutes the Boekuwzending platform makes a request to Mijnwebwinkel.nl to retrieve a list of all open orders related to the connected integration.

Imported orders can be found in the Mijn Boekuwzending customer panel under Zendingen, when navigating to Geïmporteerde bestellingen. See Creating Shipments from External Orders for details.
